Scramble
A versatile recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Scramble goes well with any food – be it sausages or beans in tomato sauce.
You can put scramble on plain toast or with additions, such as salted fish or cheese. It will be delicious
You will need:
– 2 eggs
– butter or ghee 1 tbsp
– salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
Mix the eggs well until smooth and season with salt. No need to beat.
Melt the butter/ghee in a frying pan and pour the eggs in. Now use a spatula (preferably a silicone spatula) to stir the eggs. Do this constantly in any direction.
The texture of the finished scramble is a matter of taste. It can be light creamy or hard. But decide quickly, because it instantly changes from one to the other
