Why shouldn’t you only eat porridge for breakfast?

Porridge for breakfast energises and strengthens the immune system, but porridge alone will not do much good because it contains only carbohydrates. And any meal should include not only carbohydrates, but also proteins and fats. It is important to have fibre – vegetables or fruit.

Breakfast should be quite nutritious, 30% of the diet, so it can be, conditionally, a salad, egg, porridge, a sandwich with cheese, maybe some kind of meat dish.
